yesterday afternoon I received a parcel from Paige (please take a look at her wonderful blog Sylvanian Living)... And what a parcel!
When I opened it I first detected this beautifully drawn picture! Do you recognize all the villagers of Marigold Creek? I was really amazed when I saw it and I hope I can add a scan to my blog :).
I found lots of amazing things in my parcel.
Paige bought me not just the cute Tuxedo triplets (which were part of our trade)...
She also bought me this awesome "Have a playdate"-set as a birthday present. Isn't that lovely? The Hawthorns will be thrilled to have two new family members. And the little dog (called Sparky) will be also adopted soon :). I love the tiny clothes and toys, which came with the set. I'm sure you will see them soon "live in action" in a story :).
Than kind Paige also sent me this package of goodies for my villagers. I know they will love them all :D.
We also agreed on some handmade things... Paige made me some trees (I asked her after I see her beautiful diorama!). Aren't they stunning?
And delicious popcorn and nachos :).
And she also added more flowers and plants, which I can use for my village. Now Marigold Creek will be finally green and will more look like the forest village it is ment to be :D.
Thank you so much for this wonderful trade, Paige, I enjoyed it very much! I'm so happy with my new achievements, which will leed to many new stories! :). I can't wait for our next trade :)

LöschenPagie does make very beautiful realistic trees for her dioramas, I'm glad you received some! And how sweet of her to include an extra playset! I'd love to do trades one day too, it seems like alot of fun!

LöschenDon't worry :). I'm sure we'll have a way someday. Normally it's like that: we agree on one or two items from the same value, which can be bought in the stores or online in ones country and than we send it :)

LöschenOooooh, I just love trades, and that is exactly one of the reasons why Im so angry at our post office system. Im gonna miss all my usual christmas trades. Lets hope 2015 will be better, then Ill catch up.
